Rob Csiki – Designer

I have worked for over 35 years as a creative professional in the areas of Illustration, graphic artist, product design and marketing/brand identity. Through my vast and diverse career I have evolved as a creative director, product designer, and freelance artist and conceptual consultant. I've had many successes at various toy companies, such as: Hasbro, Racing Champions, ERTL, Strombeker, USAopoly, Lootcrate, Jazzwares and Moose toys. I continued to advance my creative growth and career goals by working with several Hollywood agencies creating posters for film and television. My latest endeavor is working with authors and publishers for books and comics at my creative studio.

Working with an author it's important that I understand the story, the narrative arcs, characters, universe that the author fleshed out and created. With that, "creative synergy" is very important to me in the client/artist relationship. I want to respect the authors vision but also bring some of myself to the project, with my talent, experience, professionalism, creative ideation and infectious enthusiasm.

I want that curious reader to pick up the book on the shelf because of what they see on the cover compels them to do so. Once they pick it up they are "engaged" and take a look inside. I believe that's where the magic happens! I simply love to be a small part of that process for the reader, buyer, or consumer. To me it makes no difference if its toys, posters, or books. I simply love that experience of lasting client relationships to collaborate and make the most successful experience for the end user.
