Books that I have edited include major trade biographies and histories; textbooks; reference works; and scholarly monographs. My authors have written for major publications like Rolling Stone, Art News, and Mojo; academic journals; and teach at leading universities.

Oxford U Press
Oversaw music textbook list and build new lists for art history, studio art, and humanities courses. Sign $1.8 million new product and publish 15-20 new and revised titles annually. Produced original video documentaries and interactive etexts working with audio, video, animation, and other providers. Worked with marketing, sales, production, and manufacturing departments to create successful new products and revisions. Prepare financial and list plans. Attended academic meetings and campus travel to help sell product and find new possible projects.
Pearson
Managed $15 million dollar list; signed $2 million in new product and revisions annually. Developed web-based solutions for introductory courses in music. Presented new titles at sales meeting; attended annual academic meetings and worked campus to promote the music list.
Routledge/Taylor and Francis
Managed music list for three markets: academic/trade; reference; and textbook. Established textbook list and introduced several new successful introductory titles. Oversee the development and introduction of new academic series publications aimed at the library market, and significantly built reference list, including both stand alone and series titles.
Schirmer/Macmillan USA
Built textbook list from under $1M to $7M in 5 years, including new titles and revisions. Introduced new library reference product and built one established franchise, expanding product offerings in both print and digital. Oversaw academic and trade lists.
