Rich Mintzer – Ghostwriter

I'm a professional ghostwriter, editor and blogger. I have written, or ghostwritten, over 80 published non-fiction books, penned several book proposals, and ghosted many blogs.

I work closely with clients to establish an open and trusting rapport. Through interviews, in-person meetings (when possible) and electronic means of communication, I will organize and structure your book and then write it in your voice. A few years back I established my own ghostwriter service to provide personalized attention because I do not believe in using templates or formulas to write someone's book. Such an endeavor means too much to the individual to take short cuts or a cookie cutter approach.

Topics include business (several books for Entrepreneur Press) as well as a number of financial titles. I've also written on a wide range of topics including; Broadway theater, ADHD, adoption, golf, leadership and even a book about a book, Boats Against the Current about the Great Gatsby. In addition, I've written five humor books and can certainly inject some humor into most projects. I should also mention that my books have been published by a number of major publishing houses including Penguin, Crown, St. Martin's Press and Wiley.

Typically, books take 7 or 8 months, but it all depends on the size and scope of the project. I work out fee schedules and set up times to talk in conjunction with the tight schedules of most of my clients.

The bottom line is that I really enjoy what I do, which is why I've been doing it for 30 years.
