Hey! My name is Max, and I'm a freelance artist and designer specialising in digital artwork and portraits. I focus largely on colour, shape, and figurative illustration to create bold and eye-catching imagery that's sure to stand out. I've been working in the illustration industry for 6 years now, so you can be sure that you're in safe hands!
Throughout the collaborative process, I will provide you with:
• Initial black and white thumbnail sketches to offer composition/layout options
• A second round of more refined sketches, as well as a range of colour palette options.
• Frequent check-ins and updates of the piece throughout the process to ensure it's matching your vision, and to allow time for any alterations that may be necessary.
• A final, high-res image complete with specified bleed, as well as custom typography if discussed.
I've had a lot of experience working with a range of large to smaller-scale clients - worldwide - on book covers and book jacket design. I've worked with clients like Scholastic Publishing, Harper Collins, and Macmillan, and pride myself on offering frequent updates and check-ins throughout the design process to make sure we reach an end result you can be stoked to share with the world!
