Hello! My name is Rachael and I have 5+ years of specialized children's book design experience in my career as a graphic designer. I've worked in publishing as a designer, art director, author coordinator, and print manager, bringing books all the way from onboarding to launch.

I am well-versed in the requirements for print formatting (including Ingram Lightning Source and Spark), illustration, and timely production, and I take care to listen to the vision that authors have in mind for their books to help bring it to fruition with eye-catching and goal-oriented design.

I have also designed books in a number of genres including social-emotional learning, Christian, holiday, chapter books, workbooks, and educational fact books. So, whether it's book cover design, interior formatting, typography, production management, or working alongside illustrators I am at your service!
