Paul Keegan

Paul Keegan - Ghostwriter

New York, New York, United States

I am the co-author of UNCONTAINABLE with Kip Tindell of The Container Store, a book editor for New Word City, and a freelance journalist.

Overview

I had been writing long feature stories for the top U.S. magazines for twenty-five years – The New York Times magazine, Fortune, GQ, Esquire, Outside, Men’s Journal, Money, Details – when I approached Kip Tindell, co-founder of The Container Store, about ghostwriting his remarkable story of turning a little shop in Dallas into a beloved national brand.

The result was UNCONTAINABLE (Hachette, 2014), which been called "the best book about corporate culture in a decade" (Inc.), one of "5 best business books" (Fortune), and “One of the great entrepreneurial and humanistic adventures in business history" (Herb Kelleher, co-founder of Southwest Airlines).

I now spend my time writing for magazines such as Inc., editing for the e-book publisher New Word City, playing trumpet with the Blue Soul Jazz Trio, and enjoying my lovely family - my wife, the professional Latin ballroom champion Tatiana Keegan, and our daughter.
