I have been an illustrator for decades. I am well versed in children's books, and the publishing industry. This experience is very important to create beautiful, exciting, and engaging books. I know how to illustrate a story and paginate to keep the story flowing and entice the reader to turn the page.

I am also traditionally published with my own author/illustrator picture book. This experience helps me to create a more marketable look for your book.

I can illustrate the entire picture book from cover to interior. Or if you have a middle grade, the cover, and interior black and white spot illustrations.

I work digitally. On occasion, if the work calls for it, I might incorporate traditionally illustrated aspects. The point is to make every book special and unique and to have the illustrations enhance the text. My work is whimsical.

Before I sign on to a project, I require the manuscript so I can be sure I am the best illustrator for your story.

I provide sketches and rough color schemes so you can envision how your project will look.

And plenty of communication at each step so there are no unexpected surprises.
