Nathalie Kranich – Designer

As a Freelance Illustrator, I specialize in illustrating for young readers and children. Since I started working independently I have worked with major German Publisher Loewe on multiple Projects, and completed over 9 self-published book projects with a range of talented authors on Reedsy.

As a 2D Artist at this small but vibrant studio in the heart of Canterbury I had the pleasure of working in a tight knit team on titles such as 'Captain Planet - Gaia Guardians' and the Amateur Surgeon Series. I created background, character and prop illustrations and aided in UI and graphic design tasks. The work required strict adherence to deadlines, excellent communication and an iterative process with constantly changing parameters and requirements. Not to mention a good sense of humour that could translate into the characters!
