Overview
I am able to work with an author to craft a text from the ground up and have taken countless projects from manuscript stage to finished title. I have many years of editorial experience and know how to create a book that will reach its intended audience. My editorial background includes health-related nonfiction works, biographies, business how-to books, historical fiction, and even a legal thriller.
I am open to all genres, both nonfiction and fiction. I love the work and have worked successfully with all kinds of authors. I am easy-going, open-minded, and always hoping to make a sentence sound effortless. Ultimately, I want to make my authors feel that their completed books are better than they ever could have imagined.

I provide expert editorial services, including developmental editing, copy editing, editorial assessment, proofreading, and indexing, for both nonfiction and fiction books.
Square One Publishers
I developed and managed books from manuscript stage to publication. I crafted book outlines with authors, edited and wrote copy, and proofread material. I also created marketing copy, back cover copy, sales sheets, and other promotional material. I edited a 2012 Independent Book Publishers Association Benjamin Franklin Award-winning book.
