Flat rate of $300 + the Reedsy fee (books over 50k words)

Book design: Whatever the current state of your manuscript, sending it to me means you don't have to worry about it anymore. I take your content and transform it into a print-ready, professional-quality book. Paperback, ebook, hardcover--whatever it is, the presentation of the text is as important as the content. I favor classic arrangements that invite the eye, and I prefer fonts that make the reading experience warmer. I have zero room for error, and I obsessively check every detail from front to back. My finished products are always examples of professional perfectionism. My fees include everything necessary to transform your manuscript into a professional-looking book that's ready to be printed (paperback or hardcover) or downloaded (eBook).

EDITING

$0.01 per manuscript word + the Reedsy fee

Editing: I'll edit your work as if it was mine, with vigilance! I read your manuscript (must be in a Word doc) with an eye for typos, incorrect grammar or punctuation, and other common mistakes. I track changes in Word. I also submit your manuscript to powerful software design to find such issues. I charge below the industry standard of $0.02. (Example: the fee for editing a 100k word count manuscript would be $1,000 plus the Reedsy fee.)

INDEXING

$3 per indexable page + the Reedsy fee

I've indexed many books in my life. You provide me with a list of all words, phrases, or concept you wanted indexed. Usually takes about a week.

CONSULTING -- Free

I'm happy to consult with first-time publishers, particularly in the Amazon/KDP process (my specialty). It's a very daunting and confusing process at times. It helps to have someone like me who knows all the ins and outs of it. Screen-sharing is possible through Zoom, and I can walk you through the process. This service is included in any offer I send.
