Overview
Scholarly publishing professional with over 20 years' experience editing medical journals and textbooks. Also holds an MFA degree in Creative Writing with a concentration in Fiction. I especially like working with medical professionals and caregivers.
I enjoy editing the non-fiction as much as the fiction and have spanned broad subject areas, from yoga to addiction psychiatry. I co-taught a college level course on Narrative Medicine and enjoy bringing stories around medicine to life. I have served as a reviewer for the Bellevue Literary Review which shined a spotlight on which works get published. I will work to maximize your voice and your vision to produce a strong manuscript for your target audience.
