Mark Danowsky – Editor

I am a professional editor / writer / poet / publisher. I'm an active member of the literary and arts community. I'm the Editor-in-Chief of ONE ART: a journal of poetry and Poetry Craft Essays Editor for Cleaver Magazine. I have extensive experience editing poetry collections and chapbooks, nonfiction, creative nonfiction (CNF), autofiction, memoirs, fiction, as well as academic writing.

Over the past several years, I have worked as a freelance SEO Copywriter and Content Writer for many companies.

I'm the author of a number of poetry collections including, most recently, Take Care (Moon Tide Press, 2025). My previous poetry collections are MEATLESS (Plan B Press, 2022), Violet Flame (tiny wren lit, 2022), JAWN (Moonstone Press, 2020), AS FALLS TREES (NightBallet Press, 2018). Several of my micro-chaps (very short chapbooks) were published by Origami Poems. I've published poetry and other writings in more than 200 literary journals. I have been publishing poetry and other writings since 2008.
