I am a freelance editor with over fifteen years of editorial experience in both commercial and trade book publishing. A majority of my career was spent with Penguin Random House where I edited over 40 original paperback and digital titles per year in all genres of commercial fiction. I do everything from proofreading to developmental editing, specializing in genre fiction including romance, women's fiction, mysteries, thrillers, science fiction and fantasy. Regardless of genre, the thing I value most is working closely with authors and helping to bring their creative vision to life.During my time with Penguin Random House, I edited New York Times and USA Today bestseller Beth Kery, author of over 30 novels including the best-selling digital serial novel Because You Are Mine. I also edited New York Times bestselling authors Janet Chapman, Lauren Dane and B.B. Haywood, to name a few.
