Overview
I’m a writer, editor, and recipe developer with twenty years of experience. After earning a Grand Diploma in Pastry Arts from The French Culinary Institute, I worked at Bon Appétit, writing about cooking trends, ingredients, restaurants, and culinary travel. I then spent eight years at Epicurious, overseeing recipe development, testing, and editing, and writing and editing stories featuring the likes of Dorie Greenspan, Melissa Clark, Ina Garten, Gabrielle Hamilton, Sam Sifton, and Rose Levy Beranbaum.
As a freelancer, I focus on cookbooks and have worked extensively with both chefs and food bloggers. Projects include Meike Peters’ James Beard Award–winnering Eat in My Kitchen, Anna Watson Carl’s The Yellow Table Cookbook, The Cherry Bombe Cookbook, The Cook’s Atelier cookbook, and Maman: The Cookbook. I've also tested recipes for The New York Times, and have written for TODAY, Cherry Bombe, Yahoo, Gourmet Live, Food & Wine, Chocolatier, and Everyday with Rachael Ray.
I’m available for writing, editing, recipe development, recipe testing, project management, and other content production.
