Overview
Hi :) I'm a passionate illustrator who loves to create eye-catching, and dynamic illustrations that capture the spirit of the story!
I studied at Middlesex University in London and graduated with a first class bachelor degree in Illustration. I worked as a graphic designer and art director for 3+ years at various startups and creative agencies before going freelance. My tasks included illustrations, storyboard concepts and character development, layout design, typography, branding and logo designs, social media content creation and a bit of motion design, as well as other general graphic design tasks that the client needed. During these years I worked with a small, close-knit team with whom I often collaborated.
I gained useful skills in Adobe softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects and Premiere. A few years ago I switched to Procreate which has been my everyday tool to create stunning illustrations for my client on a daily basis.
I decided to go freelance to give more freedom to my creativity and visual ideas. As a full-time freelance illustrator for 4 years now, I have had the pleasure of working with international clients such as magazines, book and podcast covers, publishers, and authors. Each project enhanced my ability to balance creativity with client needs, refine my attention to detail, and adapt to diverse design styles.
I always strive for creative excellence and like to push the boundaries. Having experience working at startups, marketing and creative agencies, as well as a freelancer for, I have a good understanding of various production process, design and illustration trends, and know how to turn concepts into an illustration.
Working with me:
1) Project Kickoff: first, you will tell me about your story or piece in details, and we will discuss your vision, expectations and any ideas you might have
2) Here we will discuss the deadline and pin point any technical specs (size, colours etc)
3) Then I will start working on the drafts. I will send each sketch to you for feedback before I would refine the final shape and colours
4) During this phrase, I can still make small fine tuning as needed
5) You book is now illustrated! I will send you all the files in two formats: one that is suitable for social media, and the other will be print-ready (in case if it is a physical book)
Should you have any questions, feel free to ask me!
I look forward to working with you, and create beautiful illustrations for you story!
