Overview
Hello! I’m a full time Illustrator, based in Sheffield, UK. Genres I cover include wellbeing, parenting, children’s and teen non fiction, middle grade and chapter books.
I have always been in love with books since childhood and it’s a dream come true to work in publishing. I have illustrated and designed covers for publishing clients including HarperCollins, Little Brown Book Group, Piatkus, Trigger, Welbeck and Hodder & Stoughton. Other clients include the BBC, Scouts UK, the NHS and I also work directly with writers and self publishing clients.
My hand drawn style is often described by others as warm, friendly, accessible, detailed yet simple. I love to add a bit of humour too, where possible.
Before becoming a full time illustrator, I worked in the giftware industry for several years; I also have my own brand selling prints and products with my illustrations. This experience has given me a highly commercial understanding of print processes, file building, typography, what works and what looks good. Alongside that, I’m friendly, easy to work with and always meet my deadlines.

I have illustrated books, murals, giftware, online content, products and packaging; and I also have my own retail brand, which I sell on Etsy and through stockists. The shop includes illustrated prints and products such as colouring books, zines, mugs and tote bags.
During my earlier career in illustration and design, I worked for a greetings and giftware company alongside running my own business. I left this to become a full time freelance illustrator in 2017.
