Work experience
ThinkBDA
At BDA I predominantly work on client projects and develop web applications through every stage of their lifecycle, from initial specification to deployment, as well as update and maintain existing sites.
Self-employed
As a freelancer, I was part of a global collective, working alongside a collaboration of freelancers and design agencies, creating online identities for a variety of clients from creative startups to global corporations.
Chilli
At Chilli, my main responsibility was to develop and deliver digital products and contribute to determining the best way to communicate digital brands. Following this, I built the front-end design and executed the production and content management as well as testing new digital offerings.
The role required me to assess the quality of digital outputs and to provide feedback to the team throughout the project lifecycle. I was also responsible for proactively engaging with clients and building strong relationships with clients.
Key responsibilities:
Building technical content for clients and tests all technical product offerings.
Supervising front-end design, production and content management teams.
Troubleshooting, testing and preparing new websites/products or infrastructure projects for launch and final sign off.
Proactively working with clients and keeping them informed of progress and providing regular updates.
Working closely with the Brand Advisors and Success Managers and ensuring communications lines are open as they hold the key relationship with the client.
Responsible for assessing the quality of digital outputs and providing ongoing feedback throughout the lifecycle of the project.
