Joana Pereira – Designer

Hi! I’m Joana, an illustrator and designer with over 11 years of experience.

From an early age, I fell in love with all the possibilities that drawing can bring.

I graduated with a Master's degree in Equipment Design in 2012, but developed my work, since then, as a freelance illustrator working with both private clients and companies.

In 2019, I entered the world of children's book illustration. Today I have more than 50 books printed and published. I’m versatile in my work. My illustrations are colorful, whimsical, bold, magical and emotional.

I’m always looking for new challenges, new ways and new colors for my drawings. I’m always seeking to evolve, grow and change the world with what I do. More than what I do, drawing and creating is what I am! I can’t image myself doing anything else. I put all of me into my work, and I would love to bring your words and story to life.
