Overview:
I've been designing and illustrating children's fiction and non-fiction books for many years. I've also created artwork for poetry and fiction for adults, I love to work with new people and I enjoy a creative challenge.
Artwork:
I work in many different mediums, both traditional and digital, please take a look through my portfolio. I'm happy to turn my hand to lots of different projects but mostly I love a good story to work with.
Experience:
I started out as a designer and illustrator for Usborne Books and created 100+ titles with them. Since becoming freelance I continue to work with a variety of clients including Macmillan, Floris, Igloo, Egmont UK and Holy Cow Games.

My best selling ranges included 'OddBods': model monsters, and 'WeirdFishOddDuck': a humorous range with one-liners and watercolour characters.
Usborne Publishing
Working on every aspect of children's publishing from conception to published product; including new ideas presentations, design, art direction, illustration and preparation for print across numerous titles.
Later, in a freelance capacity out of house, design and illustration for fiction and non-fiction titles.
