Seventh Generation | Website design and redesign management
Seventh Generation is a green cleaning Consumer Product Good company based in Burlington, VT.
As the lead design stakeholder, I defined schedules, established efficient review processes, and directed design reviews with TAG's Creative Director. Proactively managing client feedback, I ensured swift delivery of design deliverables. Confidently capturing and consolidating feedback in internal meetings, I chaired external design reviews, steering client-side comments towards successful outcomes.
LLBM | A website with all the bells and whistles
Lynn Lynn Blackman & Manitsky (LLBM) is a Vermont law firm that serves businesses, entrepreneurs, private and public educational institutions, municipalities, employers, and individuals.
Focused on the client's needs with multiple internal stakeholders, I enhanced the prototype by adding interactive elements and hover-states to elevate user delight and understanding of Lynn Lynn Blackman & Manitsky's value. Utilizing Figma, I created a high-fidelity design and conducted usability tests for feedback. Refining the design based on insights, I improved the overall user experience.

Smart Pest Prevention offers a variety of high-tech, non-toxic pest prevention treatments in Hawaii.
Immersing myself in the client's perspective, I crafted a refined Information Architecture, delving into their content strategy for nuanced business insights. I designed and built the website using Elementor in WordPress. I conducted functionality tests and launched the site.

Hunger Mountain | Redesign that exceeded expectations
The Hunger Mountain Co-op (HMC) is a well-established health food store and co-operative in Central Vermont.
I initiated with a thorough analysis and Lean Canvas creation, identifying key customer segments and streamlining user journeys. Addressing a complex 65-page structure, I conducted a card sort process to reorganize and clarify information, focusing on bringing robust form processes online for an improved user experience. The refined Information Architecture resulted in a streamlined site with 16 pages, complemented by organic shapes and brand-enhancing elements, capturing the lush and crisp essence of the brand. The collaborative process, from prototype design in Figma to JIRA ticket tracking, ensured a visually appealing and functionally efficient final product.

I conducted a thorough content analysis and identified key user personas through competitive research. I leveraged Elementor'slayout builder for a swift and sophisticated redesign. The rapid development of flexible components ensured a quick turnaround, leading to the client's satisfaction with both speed and efficient content management using Elementor's WYSIWYG builder.
Blooming Babies | A redesign that wowed
Blooming Babies offers bespoke lactation consultations both in-person and virtually as well as breast pump ordering and educational classes.
Beginning with a comprehensive discovery phase, I streamlined content into a user-friendly information architecture, utilizing existing brand assets to create a fully branded site. The redesigned website was executed through Figma for Information Architecture, wireframes, and prototyping, and built on Weebly in Square. It garnered resounding satisfaction from the client, highlighting the positive impact of a professional look and improved functionality.

Punchpass | Bringing a brand to life
Punchpass is a leading SaaS company based in Burlington, VT. They offer a comprehensive booking solution for small and large international businesses.
Managed a diverse array of resources, including Guides, Podcasts, Client Stories, Webinars, and a Blog spanning various categories. Tested solutions in a 24-page interactive Figma prototype, catering to five breakpoints per page for a responsive and visually consistent experience across devices.
