Find the story in your idea. Raise your story to its full potential. Become a better author.

Overview

I'm a literary editor and creative writing teacher and mentor. I help authors create better stories and write better books.

Since 2008 I have helped dozens of authors to get their ideas into writable form and their manuscripts into publishable form.

In all collaboration, I prioritize developing the author's creative and artistic skills over "fixing up" or firefighting. I never suggest any changes without ensuring that the author understands why. And were possible I will teach you how to avoid repeating the same issues or encountering the same obstacles in your next manuscript.

So working relationship with me is long-term; I will stay with you and help you, until you don't need me any more.

My portfolio includes bestsellers and award winners. But I get as much satisfaction working with new writers and traditional "midlisters." Quality, not celebrity (or notoriety) is my core value. I believe that it as true as it always has been that quality is the key to longevity for a creative artist.

Literary editing and story development are my core activity, but I also run creative writing courses and I write, compile, edit and update a book about writing technique and methodology.
