New York-based publishing pro Stephanie G. serves her clients by playing a variety of functional roles. These days, she is highly selective about which projects and authors she takes on. She is equally agile and well versed in navigation of mainstream and self-publishing options. Her expertise and experience are deep and grounded. Delacorte Press, Bantam Doubleday Dell
Stephanie was recruited by Delacorte/Dell to establish a line of nonfiction health and wellness books published in hardcover, trade paperback, and rack-sized editions. Her specialization was the invention of book series about complementary and alternative medicine, and responding to trends of the day in the self-help industry.
HarperCollins Publishers
Joining the Trade Department at HarperCollins right out of college, Stephanie rose from being assistant to the managing editor, to being an editorial assistant, assistant editor, and then an associate editor--at which point she acquired her first New York Times bestseller and was headhunted to join a different company as a senior editor.
