Fiona Firth

Fiona Firth – Editor

Professional accredited indexer delivering print and ebook indexing. Specialising in education, psychology/wellbeing, and business books.

Overview

I'm an accredited indexer with a track record of working with publishers large and small. I have worked on books and research monographs related to education, business, psychology and sociology, and I am more than happy to discuss your non-fiction project. I can compile traditional 'back-of-the-book' indexes from paginated proofs or embed the index directly into Word or InDesign files (and talk you through the process, too!). Happy to work on print and ebook titles; enquiries from traditional and self-published authors welcome.

Clients include: Harper Collins, Taylor & Francis, Critical Publishing

Testimonial:
"I was lucky enough to have Fiona compile the index for my latest book. She produced both an accurate and useable index that I felt enhanced the quality of the final product. As well as a highly skilled indexer, I have found Fiona to be efficient and reliable and I look forward to working with her again in the future."
Marc Smith, Chartered Psychologist and author of 'Becoming Buoyant'.
