Overview
I'm an experienced editor with a passion for bringing ideas to life, and have worked across non-fiction and fiction. I love getting stuck in with structural amends, and have a stellar eye for detail with proofreads.
Over the years I've edited books on rare languages, ADHD, lesbian culture, asexuality and aromanticism, and the global poverty crisis, as well as sweeping family sagas and mythological retellings. I've worked with authors from all walks of life, from debuts to journalists and academics! Some recent books include Is It My ADHD? by Grace Timothy and RARE TONGUES by Lorna Gibb, as well as the philosopher and academic Frank Martela's STOP CHASING HAPPINESS. In the past, I've also worked with Graham Norton, Sara Cox, DJ Fat Tony and Sophie Ellis-Bextor.
Due to my broad range of experience I'm extrelemely well placed to help shape your book to meet the demands of the market, and to asses where your book might sit. My editorial style is quite straight to the point, but before we start working together, I like to discuss feedback and editorial styles to see what works best for you!
