Elizabeth Aaron – Editor

A publishing professional with over six years of experience, I work across multiple genres of YA and adult commercial fiction

Overview

Hello! I have been working in publishing for over six years, in various parts of the industry. As an Editorial Associate at Book of the Month, I have identified bestsellers, connecting readers to their new favorite books. Working as a scout for KF Literary, I provided guidance to global publishing companies as well as film executives. Both experiences have given me a keen eye for what works in many different genres and writing styles. My understanding of industry trends and standards can help your work reach its fullest potential.

I have worked with manuscripts and writers at every stage of the publishing process, and am always eager to provide guidance. I am, at my core, a problem solver, and am happy to tackle any issue, from big picture story concepts to sentence level minutiae. I am always excited to help writers find the best versions of their stories, and provide any suggestions I can with clarity and excitement.

Praise for Elizabeth:

“I was so delighted with the amount of care Elizabeth took with my manuscript, as well as her enthusiasm. Her ideas have been incredibly helpful as I approach my revisions. She was honest and realistic with me about the problem areas in my manuscript in a way that made me feel empowered to tackle what's next, and a responsive communicator. I fully recommend working with her!” - Ema B.
