DAVID has enjoyed a distinguished career as an editor, writer, ghostwriter, and filmmaker. His flair for the written word, creative acumen, and friendly demeanor has earned him a loyal following of clients, from novice writers to bestselling authors, in need of editing or ghostwriting. He has ghostwritten over 20 books for entrepreneurs, CEOs, consultants, artists, therapists, and coaches.
The two ingredients for an effective book are having a clear message and crafting a strong story. Many clients struggle to articulate what it is they want to say (the message) and are unsure of how to say it (the story). David works closely with clients to address these questions and refine their ideas into a cohesive, gripping narrative.
He began his career years working for an academic press before working as an editor with Hachette Book Group, one of the Big Four publishers. As an editor, he has worked on dozens of books that earned publishing deals, has won awards for his screenplays, and has earned extensive praise from numerous satisfied clients.
With professional experience in both fiction and documentary film, as a producer, writer, and director, David is well versed in the art of cinematic storytelling, experience that has also improved his writing skills in nonfiction, business books, and memoir.
Currently based in Washington, DC, David spent over ten years living overseas in various locations in Europe and South America. In his free time he enjoys playing piano, reading, photography, and taking long walks around the city.

I’m happy David was the one I partnered with on my book project. Hiring a ghostwriter made a lengthy process extremely time-efficient and the end result was an authoritative, as well as entertaining, book that is popular among clients. The investment has paid for itself by attracting new clients and winning me speaking engagements as I seek to advance into the next phase of my career as a speaker/thought leader. David was the right man for the job.

"David was a strong collaborator on my book on strategy execution and had no problem handling the technical nature of the content. He had the patience to see it through at every stage of the writing and editing process until it was perfect. I am pleased I chose to work with a pro, which paid off in terms of timeliness and quality, and also helped me earn a CEO role at my current company."
