Overview
No challenge is too big or too small. I mostly edit nonfiction but because I write fiction myself, I understand the author's side of the process. I've published over a dozen short stories, which you can read at, and am pitching a novel.
In a long career as a journalist and writer-editor, I’ve aced every assignment from a 20-second radio news script to a 900-page report to Congress. One of my specialties is putting complicated subject matter into lively, engaging English. Plain language is always best, but "plain" doesn’t mean boring!
I can produce a document from scratch and see it through every stage of production, or proofread your draft and give you a thorough, thoughtful critique. My rates are reasonable and negotiable. No deadline is too short.
