Overview
I've been creating illustrated book covers, often with hand-drawn typography and sometimes internal illustrations for publishers including The Folio Society, Orion Books and Arrow. My favourite genres to work with are classical drama and psychological thrillers. When working with an author I always start by sending small thumbnail sketches before we agree on a colour scheme together after which I bring together the hand drawn elements together in Photoshop.
