Clarissa D. Santiago – Editor

Seasoned copy editor and proofreader, specializing in helping established & aspiring academics submit stellar work in the humanities

Overview

Brooklyn-based proofreader, copy editor, and writer, with a penchant for the humanities (especially literatures of all genres, affinity studies, and art history), creative non-fiction and a good cup of coffee. I've worked in higher education administration for 15 years and that keenly informs my editing practice. I have grant writing and publishing experience as well. For nearly 10 years, I have served, annually, as a Scholastic Writing Awards Juror, scoring all manner of creative writing from students in grades 6-12.
