Iā€™m a freelance illustrator based in Rome, Italy. My work is simple, essential and thought to communicate emotion through careful use of colour and space.

I work closely with my clients to create images that add value to the words and concepts they aim to express.
I have worked with newspapers, publishers, brands and private clients both for digital adult and children's publications and books.
Before becoming an illustrator I studied Italian and English Literature at the University of Venice. I love words as much as I love drawing and books are an important inspiration for my work.

Eli Edizioni
September, 2018 – December, 2018 (3 months)

Eli Edizioni is an Italian publisher specialized in educational books and illustrated picture books for children. I worked closely with the editorial team to illustrate "Little Blue Duckling", a story written by Annamaria Gozzi about diversity and finding your own place in the world. As decided with the art director, the illustrations were made using only three colours - blue, yellow and the green that results from their overlaying. I also created the book cover and the hand-written title.

Favole Cosmiche
May, 2017 – September, 2017 (4 months)

Favole Cosmiche is an Italian website where children can find science-inspired activities and stories. I created the logo and the illustrations for the activities and the fairytales section.

Art Stories
July, 2015 – October, 2018 (over 3 years)

Art Stories is an Italian digital publisher which creates educational apps for children. I created the illustrations for several of their apps, among which there's the Apple Store featured app Art Stories Cities and Wonders, an app to play and get to know UNESCO's World Heritage Sites.
