Overview
While most of my background is in business and management, I'm most interested in working on "big think" material.
I work closely with you to develop your best ideas for a broad audience, determine relevant concepts for your book and related articles. I help you with research and storytelling, book proposal and book writing, and help you position your work to create a finished product that appeals to your target market. While I am a total professional, my personal style is warm and casual (I'm a Californian, after all). My hope is that you are an expert in your field, that you have done your research, and that you want to produce work that makes the world a better place.
Here are a few testimonials:
Professor Dan Ariely: "I have worked with Bronwyn on all my books and in all cases it has been an educational delight and an intellectual journey."
Dr. Edward Hallowell: "When I hit a roadblock in my writing, my friend and editor par excellence, Bronwyn Fryer, stepped in and got the book on track. Without her help I could not have completed this project."
Jim Levine, Levine/Rostan/Greenberg literary agency (NYC): "Bronwyn Fryer is a total pro. Whether you need an editor, a book doctor, or a full writing partner, I recommend her highly. She's smart, fast, and fun to work with."

I edit and ghostwrite nonfiction books in many genres; many of the authors I've worked with are quite famous.
Harvard Business Review
I acquired, developed, edited and ghostwrite articles for nearly every issue of HBR for more than nine years. My specific areas of expertise were leadership, organizational behavior, and communication, though I also worked on pieces covering general management, entrepreneurship, teamwork, project management and more. I also authored many of the fictional case studies. Some articles included "Storytelling that Moves People" (an interview with screenwriting guru Robert McKee, June 2003); "The Power of Positive Deviancy" (May 2005); "Leading Through Rough Times" (an interview with pre-Google Eric Schmidt, May 2001); "How Do Innovators Think?" (Clay Christensen, et. al, September 2009); "Timeless Leadership" (An interview with David McCullough, March 2008); "A Leader's Framework for Decision Making" (Dave Snowden, Mary Boone, October 2007); "Cisco Sees the Future" (an interview with former Cisco CEO John Chambers, October 2008); "Turning and Industry Inside Out" (an interview with Robert Redford, May 2005) and many, many others.
