I'm a bestselling novelist, award-winning creative writing teacher, book coach and editor with decades of experience. I've written around twenty traditionally published novels in a range of genres under four pen-names.

I'll read your complete manuscript and provide a detailed editorial report covering the key building blocks of successful fiction, including structure, plot, pacing, characterisation, dialogue, viewpoint, setting, theme and style, together with practical suggestions for strengthening your work. We also meet for a one-hour video call to discuss the report.

Suitable for final drafts.

Everything included in the Editorial Assessment, plus detailed inline comments and suggested amendments throughout your manuscript, giving you highly specific guidance and a more comprehensive edit exactly where it's needed.

• The opening 10,000 words of your manuscript

You'll receive a detailed written report followed by a one-hour video consultation to help you prepare the strongest possible submission package.
