Zuza Miśko – Designer

I am a book designer, illustrator, and graphic designer with more than 20 years of experience spanning publishing, branding, printmaking, and visual storytelling. My work brings together typography, illustration, and thoughtful design to create books that are both engaging to read and memorable to hold.

I specialise in memoir, literary fiction, poetry, reflective nonfiction, and art-related publishing. Whether designing a text-focused interior, an illustrated edition, or a complete visual identity for a book, I work closely with authors to shape a design that reflects the voice and character of the work.

Alongside commissioned projects, I maintain an independent fine art practice rooted in drawing and linocut printmaking. This background informs my approach to book design, bringing a strong sense of craftsmanship, originality, and attention to detail.

I am particularly drawn to projects that value ideas, narrative, and the reader's experience, treating each book as a unique creative collaboration.

My services focus on book design, cover design, illustration, and print-ready interiors. I work from fully edited manuscripts and specialise in projects where design plays an active role in shaping the reader's experience.
