Overview
A native English and Spanish speaker with an educational and professional foundation in advertising/marketing and business, I am a creative thinker with over 12 years of experience editing and proofreading in both languages. I am passionate about ideas, technically clean and evocative language, meticulous styling, and preserving author intention, as well as about learning! I have been an artist my entire life, first as a classical pianist, then actress, improv comedian, object manipulator, fire dancer, aerialist, tightwire walker, handbalancer, etc., and my educational track started out in visual arts. I have also been vegetarian then vegan for over 25 years combined, so I am passionate and quite knowledgeable about food/cooking and nutrition. I am an avid traveler who has seen a good deal of the US, and I circled the globe in 2019, visiting Australia, Asia, and Europe. In my free time, I enjoy reading about psychology, sociology, history, anthropology, and similar.
