Stevie Dutson – Designer

Greetings, and thanks for visiting! I'm Stevie, a self-professed desert rat originally from the red rocks of Southern Utah and now growing roots in the costal sands of Los Angeles. I earned my BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History, and have been working as an artist, illustrator, and designer for the last 10 years, both in-house and addition to being a multi-disciplinary creative, I am an avid reader (especially fantasy, sci-fi, and historical fiction) and am excited to lend my artistic experience and love of literature, to create a visual identity of your written words and worlds.

My process begins with determining the major themes or feelings you want reflected in the cover. I then research and brainstorm sketch to develop multiple possible art directions, from which we select and develop the winning concept into the final artwork.
