Graphic Designer / Web Developer / Sustainabilitist. Focus on designing for all publishing formats — books, magazine, websites, etc.

Overview

I am a book designer amongst other things. I've been designing covers for books for over a decade. I have designing the interiors to numerous book and magazines for Johns Hopkins University, various art museums, and a number of small-to-medium publishers, writers, and artists around the country. I'm particularly interested in working with people looking for someone with a conceptual bend to how they desire things to look — like the form should have some reflection of or additional commentary on the content included. As the husband of a farmer, projects in the realm of farming, flowers, food, sustainability, etc. are also of interest. I can also just make the prose of a novel look fantastic.
