Kendall Davis – Ghostwriter

I am a ghostwriter and collaborator. I specialize in ghostwriting memoirs, lifestyle books, pop culture/entertainment books, history books, narrative non-fiction, humor, essay collections, and gift books. Both my own work and my ghostwritten work has been published by a Big 5 publisher. I've also worked extensively with hybrid publishers and self-published authors.

I worked for Penguin Random House from 2012 to 2018 editing fiction and non-fiction as well as creating and writing original gift book products, including the best-selling adult coloring book Whatever Is Lovely. Since leaving PRH, I started my own writing and editing business after years of freelancing on the side.

My own writing has been published on outlets like Nerdist, HelloGiggles, Hypable, Geek & Sundry, Amy Poehler's Smart Girls, MyWedding, The Mary Sue, and more. I also have an officially licensed Marvel book called Be More Captain Marvel published by DK Books in July of 2023. Additionally, I'm an experienced ghostwriter and collaborator on memoirs and entertainment/lifestyle books from individuals with powerful stories, international speakers, celebrities, and social media influencers. A note on fees: I charge $50,000 for a memoir up to 65,000 words.
