I am a freelance editor, copyeditor, writer, and proofreader with a master's degree in publishing. I'm a former blog copyeditor for the acclaimed literary magazine Ploughshares, formerly a proofreader/copyeditor for the Harvard Grad School of Arts and Sciences communications team, and a freelancer for multiple clients, including Random House.

I have experience editing digital content, articles, magazines, career training materials, guidebooks, short fiction, nonfiction and fiction manuscripts, and short stories, including several forthcoming manuscripts with Random House and a political reference book for women with the Barbara Lee Family Foundation.

Implemented new tracking systems for direct mail campaigns and the Emerging Writer's Contest. Led and organized the office move in summer 2022, including downsizing, storage, and layout planning of the new office. Overhauled inventory tracking: created a streamlined process for inventory pick-up and drop-off as well as a system to accurately keep track of product quantity. Tracking, compiling, and analyzing sales data daily using multiple platforms. Engaging with customers via email to update about orders, inform about payment and submission processes, and address questions and complaints. Managed and trained multiple interns in daily processes and research projects. Reviewed, created, and updated website content.
