Kelley Mathews

Kelley Mathews – Editor

Seminary-trained coauthor of seven ministry-related books, with 25+ years of experience as a writer, editor, reviewer, and proofreader.

Overview

If you are writing for the Christian market, with theological or biblical themes, my seminary training could be a great resource for you. I've been writing and editing since my student days at Dallas Seminary over 25 years ago, and I'm in my final year of a DMin program (officially a Bible nerd). I've written books and articles, judged fiction and nonfiction, reviewed novels and coached new authors (all of which makes me a word nerd too). My sweet spot is nonfiction copy editing and proofreading. As an editor, I value honest and timely communication, and I love the turn of a clever phrase.
