Karolina Kruk-Umięcka – Designer

I started my graphic design journey in 2012 when I decided to start the Academy of Fine Arts in Gdańsk. Having a creative career has always been my dream. In 2014, while still studying, I started working in a small advertisement agency, which gave me a lot of experience in an ad environment. When I decided to change the field for more artistic work, I found my place in BBK- the biggest Polish company in home decorations. There, for two years I could work on fantastic projects like textile designs, ceramics, etc. Now, for over 6 years I have worked in a publishing house, where I found my biggest love in the design field- books. I work on creating covers, infographics, as well as typesetting.

At work, I always make sure I deliver what I promised and stick to my deadlines. I try to approach my tasks creatively and take care of my clients' needs.
