Overview
I am a freelance editor and literary agent with nearly a decade of experience in the book publishing industry. With a degree from Emerson College in Writing, Literature, & Publishing, I have extensive knowledge in the tools needed for polishing and readying a fiction novel for either submission to an agent/editor, or for readying it to be released in the self-publishing world.
I offer editorial services that focus on feedback/guidance for full manuscripts as well as getting your first pages and supplemental info sparkling before you send them off to an agent. My focus is to provide a Compliment Sandwich critique technique: highlight your strengths and hooks, but also provide guidance and suggestions for areas that need revision or fine-tuning. Often, my turnaround time for full manuscripts in 2-4 weeks, depending on word count and level of edit needed.
