Beverley Naidoo - author website

South African writer Beverley Naidoo came to us for a complete re-vamp of her large website – and was very pleased with the results!

Beverley's recommendation: 'It has been a pleasure working with John and he has done a fabulous job of refreshing and developing my website. I had delayed the task, thinking it was much too mountainous. Now that I’m happily on the other side, I fully recommend John as a steady, careful guide!'

Ray Connolly website - website design

Author, journalist, playwright and screenwriter Ray Connolly’s body of work stretches back to the 1960s. His large site was out of date and difficult to update – so we redesigned it in WordPress, and the result is an elegant, easy-to-navigate website which Ray updates himself.

John Harvey – novelist, poet and publisher - website design

John Harvey's recommendation: 'Having set it up originally, John has recently given my website a sparkling new look, with easy-to-find information arranged in a number of clearly distinct categories that even an old geezer like me can find his way around with ease. It was important to me that, not being amongst the most computer literate of people, I was able to communicate with someone like John who was both patient when necessary and speedy to respond.'

Bernardine Evaristo website - website design

2019 Booker prizewinner Bernardine Evaristo’s previous site was a very basic WordPress arrangement, not befitting her elevated status in the publishing world. She approached Aerta for a complete redesign. The result is a comprehensive and elegant catalogue of Bernardine’s work over the decades.

We also arranged transfer of Bernardine’s hosting and domain name, and issued straightforward editing instructions when the new site was complete.

And Bernardine’s verdict: ‘John was fantastic to work with on developing my lovely new website. I’m very pleased with the result and wholeheartedly recommend his services.’
