Overview

I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist, food and nutrition writer, and cookbook author with more than 30 years experience. I have been project manager and writer for 24 Weight Watchers cookbooks, have written two cookbooks of my own, and contributed to dozens more. I have held food editor positions at Redbook and Southern Living magazines, worked as a cookbook publicist at Workman Publishing, and held numerous other jobs in the food and publishing industries.
