Henriette Boldt – Designer

Fine Art Illustrator with a taste for fantasy and nature themes. Clients include Paul Gerrard and Nicholas Anthony.

Hi, I'm Henriette, a digital fine artist from Germany and I love good stories, intriguing characters and unexpected twists. I will create a painting inspired by your storytelling to make alluring covers and illustrations. I come from a background in project management, freelance work for game development and fine art tieing together reliability, ingenuity and a realistic painting approach.

I currently only offer Artwork:
- Cover Art
- Interior Illustration
- Cartography

Please not that you will have to get a designer on board for the typography and title design.

My clients value my ability to bring their visions to a point. For covers, I achieve this by focusing on the atmosphere of the story, thinking of the target audience and adding just enough information to spark the imagination and curiosity of the viewer. I am very transparent about my process and along the way I provide you several choices and tips on creating a best selling cover.

You'll find me here, with a cat on my lap awaiting the next painting adventures.

This is the second time I've worked with Henriette and they say lighting doesn't strike twice in the same place, but she certainly does. Both times we worked together I had a great experience, loved the art she produced, and was inspired to hire her again in the future. I would highly recommend anyone to send her a request!

The ease with which she worked through the process with this first time author showed how skilled and experienced she is. She asked me what I wanted, then provided a beautiful cover. Because she is a true professional, after she provided a comprehensive draft, ...

I came to her when I finished my first or second draft of my first novel, looking for a cover and formatting. I didn't know a lot about the writing industry, and what goes into formatting and design. She walked me through the process professionally and patiently. Even though I had done nothing like thi...

Henriette is absolutely great to work with. She's realistic about her timeline and takes her own deadlines seriously, which spoke to her professionalism. Not only that, she's a wonderful artists with a unique style that I think is adaptable and flexible for any fiction writer's cover. I would highly recommend her for hire and I'm hoping to work with her again soon.
