Haileigh Roehl – Designer

Currently, I am creating art prints from my personal art projects, and designing original stickers to sell on my online Etsy Store (FaewalkerArt). I'm doing commissions on the side as well. Some examples would be making a board game with playing cards, creating digital avatar characters with interchangeable outfits, logo designs, portraits, etc.

My position at Funko was Designer. I illustrated the concept art for Funko POPs and Funko Plush toys while following the brand’s signature style. I worked with the Sculpt team and the factory on quality control such as character structure and color callouts. I created Pad Prints with vector art in Adobe Illustrator, that would later be printed onto the Vinyl figures as clothing patterns, facial features, plush detailing, etc. I collaborated with the Concept team to brainstorm ideas for new IPs within the company and worked with companies such as Disney and Celebrities to discuss project decisions.

Co-illustrated a series of two Children’s books and an activity book. My responsibilities were character design exploration, book layout (storyboarding/book dummy construction) color palettes, logo/title design, front and back covers, and more! The Activity Book involved creating interactive puzzle games using inspiration from the stories, making line work for coloring book pages, and book layout design.
