Francesca Cosanti – Designer

I'm an Italian artist with a love of travel: both as inspiration - drawing from places, shapes and colors, and enjoying travel itself and going back home to the countryside too.

I have been drawing since she was a child. After high school, I decided to study illustration and animation at the IED in Rome.

During my studies, I started illustrating greeting cards for a small Italian company. Now I'm an award winning illustrator and a member of the Association of Italian Images Authors. I mainly work digitally in Procreate and Photoshop. I currently work as a freelance illustrator with various publishing companies and advertising agencies and has published several books in Italy and abroad.

In my free time, I dedicate myself to my passions: food, swim, books, travel, theatre and photography. I also love taking long walks with my dog, Pina, and chatting with my three cats. If I wasn’t an illustrator, I would love to work with animals or be a pastry chef. I enjoy reading as a way to escape from reality and get new inspiration. When working, I enjoy having a movie or TV series on in the background. My favorite TV series is Friends.
