Erin Canning

Erin Canning – Editor

A highly creative project editor of illustrated books—cookbooks, self-help, DIY, pop culture, lifestyle, graphic novels, and more.

Overview

I'm currently a senior editor, specializing in illustrated nonfiction books, with over a decade of editorial experience and two decades in the book publishing industry, working for independent, midsize, and large publishers.

I put my all into every book I edit, with over a thousand positive Amazon reviews to show for it. In the past year, four books I developed and project-edited were highlighted as Amazon best book choices. In my editorial career, I have been hands on with every project, from acquisition to printing. I'm a creative problem-solver and especially thrive with more difficult books that require lots of attention to detail, such as cookbooks. I love making great books, and I want to help make your book extraordinary.
