Andrea Miralles

Andrea Miralles – Designer

Professional illustrator/fine artist with 8y of experience. I love nature and crafting compelling and emotive visuals to augment stories

Overview

Hi, I'm Andrea, an illustrator/designer/fine artist. I love telling stories visually in a way that delights and represents the author’s unique voice and purpose. I’ve developed engaging creative assets for mobile, web, and print and come to book illustration from designing eye-catching visuals for impact-driven initiatives with non-profits, businesses, blogs, and zines.

In my portfolio, you'll find artwork that reveres nature, diversity, natural beauty, and the human form. I’m inspired by Mother Nature, my Filipino roots, and cultural connections through food, dance, and entertainment. I weave flora, fauna, and playful motifs into my art, focusing on rich color stories, movement, and symbolism.

Like my art, I'm incredibly versatile—I also have a background in software engineering and community organizing. This has provided me with great teamwork and communication skills. I'm meticulous, end-results-driven, and compassionate, able to work and connect with teammates from diverse backgrounds.

When I'm not drawing or painting, I can be found enjoying the sun at the local park, swimming, hiking, or planning my next camping trip with my partner and dogo 🏕

Let me know your vision, budget, deadline, resources, and constraints so we can accurately estimate your project. I take great care to deliver high quality work and look forward to working with you!
