In addition to that, as part of my next book and my Hush to Roar course that I'm currently devising - I would love to include some of the questions that you said you had about Hush to Roar. over 4 years ago@jennielouwesThank you so much for your kind words! Amen to all your prayers! This is my absolute passion and drive from deep within. I just want to see sexual abuse and other avoidable traumatic events eradicated from our society. I would also love to see intentional and deliberate conversations around the unavoidable adverse events, so that the impact of trauma is reduced significantly. I'm the lucky one! So many people just never pull through. I want to give hope to others and say we can come through the most horrific events. We all have it in is to. We deserve to give ourselves a second chance, now that we are holding on to the steering wheel.
Forgiveness is soothing! It is liberating and it is the ultimate healer too.

over 4 years agoI'm currently reading " The awakened family" by Dr Shefali Tsabary. It is a book focusing on how we need to bring up our children by healing yourself first. I certainly agree with this 100%. My book Hush to Roar goes into why we absolutely need to do this to raise well balanced and authentic children that will thrive whilst owning their voice as confident children.
