almost 4 years agoWailing Tempest is a fresh thrill ride in the Fae genre. I recognize this as TB Phillips from the deep and vivid world building, that rivals any author I’ve read! But, his shift from pirates and Vikings to Fae was unexpected and masterfully done!
Ive read the review here, and can’t understand why this wasn’t given 5 stars. The story is intriguing and unexpected, the characters are rich and well-developed, and his take on the multiple dimensions of mythological worlds is something I’ve never seen. This is a deep and very entertaining read, and well worth it!
